Hi,

I have the Solar Comfort. We prefer the Solar Comfort Infrared Heater over all other brands.

We were primarily on wood heat prior to using the Solar Comfort brand of heaters. Three years ago we put our first unit in our home and it only cost us $31 and some change. The nice thing is that we were no longer waking up to a cold home nor coming home to a cold atmosphere as the fire had gone out on our stove.

Our heater would actually even perform much better if we had newer windows and less chili drafts coming from our basement.

Last year we had a bad snow storm and could not get to our wood. For convenience, we just ran 2 of the Solar Comforts in our 1600 sq. ft poor insulated, drafty home and did not use wood heat until mid spring.

We love our unit and could not consider being without it.
